winning collaboration

winning collaboration

The aim of the coaching I offer is to improve the interaction dynamics of the work community as well as develop productive and goal-oriented activities. I want to make a positive contribution to the climate of trust and interpersonal relationships.

The focus in coaching the teams, work pairs and groups is on collaboration and competence development in order to achieve common work goals. In Winning Collaboration Coaching the participants learn self-reflection and about the effects of personal behaviour on others. They find tools for deeper collaboration and appreciating the personal differences.

Winning Collaboration - for teams

The dynamics of interaction between the members of a winning team reinforces the sense of togetherness and provides space for everyone’s personal growth.

When I coached the National Volleyball Team, I learned to understand the potential of interaction dynamics in performance and what it means when dynamics don’t work. Failure to address interpersonal challenges on a  top sports team is not an option. I’m experienced in observing the dynamics of the team, and I’m able to use these skills, particularly in team coaching and with work pairs.

Examples of topics covered in team coaching

Development themes are always selected together with the customer before the process starts. The development programme typically includes 3-4 team meetings and 2-3 face-to-face meetings with each member of the team. The duration of the programme is 3-4 months and it is also suitable for virtual teams.

Winning Collaboration - for groups

Group coaching targets colleagues who work in similar roles, but in different parts of the organisation. The themes of group coaching are always chosen according to the client’s requests. In group coaching, the aim is to find strength from experimental learning and empowering group discussions. During the process, each person can introduce their own topics for joint discussion. The skills of coaching discussion are utilised with the participants with the goal of generating new insights.

Winning teamwork requires the courage to share your own experiences and ideas openly with others. An atmosphere of trust is needed as a basis for this. I have an extensive back-round, gained different stages of my career, in building trust within a team. The team needs to be able to rely on the coach to stay strong – even when emotions surface in the group.

Winning Collaboration - for work pairs

A form of coaching that reinforces empowering interaction dynamics is perfect for colleagues who operate as a working pair – regardless of job title or role.

My strength is the ability to observe the dynamics of human interaction. In a game situation, the volleyball coach must be able to see the effects of the players’ behaviour on others and react quickly if necessary. The coach’s role is to help players understand the importance of interaction dynamics for well-being and performance. When working with a team, I utilise my experience from a long sports coaching career.

With work pairs, the focus is on interaction dynamics and competence development in order to achieve common work goals.
